Need to Know for Scheduling:

  • Sessions are offered starting at 7 am until 1:30 pm Central Time.

  • My clients and I agree to reserve time for our work together on a regular repeat basis to foster consistency, build a therapeutic alliance, and thereby improve treatment outcomes.

  • Sessions are typically initially offered weekly or biweekly and then may shift to monthly or quarterly when moving to maintenance status.

  • Your first step is to reach out to learn if my available recurring slots are a match for your scheduling needs.

Couples Therapy:

  • Both partners must be present for the first session.

  • 1:1 appointments with each partner are next.

  • All following appointments will be with the couple.

  • You may schedule these first 3 appointments closer together if availability allows.

Minor Child Individual Therapy:

  • Please have a legal guardian present for the first 10-15 minutes of the first appointment.

  • Privacy is an important part of effective counseling. Legal guardians may always request updates on progress, presence, and participation in therapy.

  • Caregivers may be invited to participate or engage in support behaviors for the child.

Family Therapy:

  • Please have all members that the therapy concerns attend the first session.

  • We will spend 1:1 time with each member after this initial session.

Frequently Asked Questions

What payment options do you accept?

  • Currently Iā€™m accepting payment via credit card, including HSA cards.

 Do you take insurance?

  • I am in-network with Arkansas Blue Cross Blue Shield. If you are filing for out-of-network benefits, I will be happy to provide documentation for reimbursement. Please note that you remain financially responsible for the full amount at the time of the session. It is up to you to check with your insurance representative to determine what is reimbursable, at what percentage, and if there is a deductible that needs to be met.

 Do you prescribe medications?

  • No, I do not prescribe medication. If I feel you may benefit from psychotropic medication, a referral to a psychiatrist will be made for a psychiatric evaluation and medication management. I will work with your psychiatrist to ensure coordinated and well-rounded treatment. Once you sign a release of information, we will be able to collaborate and discuss your treatment and progress.

 Where are you located?

  • Telehealth is available to clients in Arkansas, Florida, Washington, Oregon, and Texas. If you have privacy, an internet connection, and a webcam-enabled phone, tablet, or computer - you can do therapy! In-person sessions are available in Bentonville, AR.
